Have a Thankful Heart
We tend to focus on negative thoughts that often leave us in a sour state of bitterness, anxiety, and depression. This can take a physical toll on our bodies and our general outlook on life. Make an effort to take time each day to either say out loud or jot down 3-5 things you are thankful for. Reflect and go back to these thoughts throughout your day and you will start to notice how it improves your state of mind. Be mindful about turning your negative thoughts into thankful thoughts. Having a thankful heart can improve the overall health of your brain and your body!
When negativity gets to be too much for you what are your strategies for changing your thoughts? What happens when there is too much negativity? What happens when you focus on positive things in your life?
