Welcome to Robbie Foundation’s Spring Offerings!
Adult Yoga FUNdraiser! – In Person
CANCELLED DUE TO THREAT OF RAIN. NEW DATE TBD.
We are ready to embrace the warm weather! Join us for a morning of mindful movement, breathing, & connection! All adult yogis (beginners and those with experience) will be guided through a slow, methodical vinyasa flow class. We will explore dynamic, sequential postures with opportunities for modifications or variations. The class will end with a deeply restful guided savasana.
Robbie Foundation supports children with special needs in Maine. Your donation makes a difference!

Please note: This is an adults-only class & mats will not be provided. Please come prepared in comfortable warm attire with a yoga mat, water, and any props you like to practice with. Please arrive at least 5 minutes in advance.

Motivated Movement – In Person or Virtual

This Motivated Movement program is designed for any Yogi with a special need interested in exploring yoga through playful movement, breathing exercises, and games! Join us during your February break to explore relaxation and mindfulness specifically designed for children with special needs including some wheelchair modifications.

Arts & Crafts Session

This program is for any artist with a special need interested in getting creative. Whether this is your first time or you are a seasoned artist there will be a lot of creative options and fun for everyone. We will try a variety of materials so be sure to wear clothes that can get dirty. We are very excited to offer some creative and colorful chaos!

Music Lovers Session

Join us for a 4-week session of music, stress relief, self regulation, self-expression and movement. This will include instrument playing, singing, breathing exercises, and interaction. No musical experience necessary.
