Quarterly Grant Program Open to Applications

Robbie Foundation realizes how difficult it is for parents and families of children with special needs to acquire all the medical equipment and therapies needed to optimize these children’s potential. Our program is bridging the gap for children that have been denied these services or simply not covered by insurances.

Program Guidelines

Grants are awarded on a quarterly basis. To apply for a grant your child must be between the ages of birth and 20 years residing in the state of Maine and must have a developmental disability (including, but not limited to physical disabilities, speech and language delays, sensory integrated disorders, cerebral palsy, autism spectrum disorders, mental retardation). Your application must be for assistance towards a specific piece of adaptive equipment, therapy or treatment.

After you submit your application

All applications are reviewed by our Steering Committee which meets quarterly (January, March, June, September). All grant recipients will be notified by email or phone of the determination.

Please do not call or email Robbie Foundation regarding the status of your grant application.

Due to the high volume of applications we receive for our Grant Program, we are unable to reach back out to every application with an update on their individual applications. Thank you for your understanding!
