Robbie Foundation is accepting nominations for a deserving parent(s) of a child with special needs. We are partnering with Gorham Savings Bank to offer a day of respite so that parents can indulge in luxury at our expense.
Share their story with us by writing an essay containing less than 500 words. Please include the family’s day-to-day challenges as it relates to the child and provide us with as much information as possible about the child’s needs. This helps us in the selection process. We will then choose a lucky winner(s) to indulge in a day of pampering that may include an overnight stay at an extravagant hotel, a day of spa services or a chauffeured ride to a romantic dinner, etc.

Overnight | Scarborough
Spend the day walking on the beach, playing a friendly game of tennis, hiking alongside the rocky cliffs, relaxing at the beach club (pool), or taking in the picturesque views on a bike. You will then end the day with a delightful dinner and overnight stay (including breakfast) at this elegant Inn.
Overnight | Portland
Get ready for a day in Maine’s most charming city, Portland’s Old Port. You will start your day with a massage for two to help you relax before you go browse the delightful shops the city has to offer. You may also want to explore the area with a lovely walk along the ocean with views of cruise ships, sidewalk craft merchants or visit one of our many coffee shops. You will also enjoy a cozy dinner at The Regency Hotel and an overnight stay that includes breakfast.
Portland
You will be picked up by our safe and courteous chauffeured service that will include a champagne toast on the way to dinner at one of Portland’s finest restaurants. You will then be whisked away on a sunset run cruise for 2-3 hours as you relax in the twilight and evening breezes of Casco Bay. Our chauffeur will bring you back home after your romantic evening.
Cape Elizabeth
This beautiful and serene Inn will pamper you with their Indulgence Package as they give you hours of restorative spa treatments that will unwind and refresh you. You will start with a lunch then indulge in their sea-inspired treatments that include full body massages, facials, and afternoon wine.
Overnight | Freeport
Enjoy a day of the best shopping experience in New England at more than 170 outlets in the quaint village of Freeport, Maine! This is a prime spot for a memorable destination at an Inn voted Best Brunch by Down East Magazine. Finish the day by eating at one of the two upscale restaurants conveniently located inside the Inn and relax at the indoor heated pool. Just what you need for a mid-winter getaway!
At Robbie Foundation, 100% of funds raised go to Maine children with special needs for the equipment, technology, and/or therapy treatment they need, but isn’t covered by insurance.
